  • PneuCam's design provides outstanding accuracy and repeatability.
  • The large output shaft accepts a wide range of dials or tooling plates.
  • Radial and thrust loads are supported by a large diameter preloaded roller bearing
  • PneuCam is available in a wide range of stops and capacities.

pneucamasm.jpg (11182 bytes)The unit shown is equipped with an optional pneumatic control system featuring easily replaceble cartidge valves and pneumatic limit controls.   This system is particularly suited for applications involving large volumes of content.

PneuCam is completely sealed to prevent coolant and foreign particles from penetrating to the internal mechanism which is continuously lubricated.

pncambsm.jpg (13137 bytes)The cam design provides a unique zero movement lockup, completely restricting movement of the output shaft.  This unique method eliminates secondary devices such as shot pins, pawls, or V-slots.

PneuCam is powered by a pneumatic cylinder, which produces one index for every forward or reverse stroke.  The linear motion of the cylinder is converted to controlled rotary motion through a unique cam design which provides uniform acceleration and deceleration of the output shaft.
